well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the App, is the property of myBiQ or
its suppliers and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
User-Generated Content
You may generate content, such as goals and reflections, while using the App. You retain
ownership of your content, but by uploading it, you grant us a license to use, copy, and display
your content within the App.

myBiQ does not guarantee that the App will always be available, work, or be accessible at any
particular time. Only users who are eligible to use our App may do so. We reserve the right to
terminate access for anyone. We cannot guarantee the App will work as advertised, or that it will
give you the desired results.
